In the Hanseatic city of Bremen, life has always taken place at the harbour. Living and working are closely intertwined here, and the Europahafenkopf also continues this tradition - in a forward-looking way. With bright flats, selected restaurants, exclusive shops and modern offices, a lively urban quarter is being created, incorporating the previously unused infrastructure of the harbour. Scandinavian fresh architecture, but still typically Bremen! Like a hinge, the Europahafenkopf connects Bremen's city centre with the so-called Überseestadt, one of the largest urban development projects in Europe.
Preventive structural fire protection has also been thought of in large dimensions: Four
Fiberseal smoke protection curtains each extend over more than 5 x 2 metres. In case of fire, they do not let the toxic fire gases through and thus protect people and goods. Great!
